Extra easy Meringue
4 egg whites
250 grams sugar
Prep time: 5 mins
Bake time: 60 mins
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add the sugar little by little while the egg mixture is still beating.
Preheat the oven to 248oF (120oC)
Immediately place small "piles" of meringue on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook for about 30 - 60 minutes
By the end of 30 minutes the meringue should we white and soft, by the end of an hour the meringues should be rosy, crunchy and melting with a tender heart.
Once cooked, gently take the meringues out of the oven and put them on a wire rack to cool.
